Faith Industries, Inc.'s (Faith Industries) primary focus is the manufacturing of clothing from materials owned by other customers/clients.  Key performance area is to transform goods into manufactured products for the retail and operational markets or to serve as input to those markets (i.e. embroidery).   This company will be limited to contracts whose statement of objectives is to perform cutting and sewing operations.

Founders of Faith Industries:  From 1970 until the present Marecia Shealey Joiner, the co-founder of Faith Industries, has worked in the clothing manufacturing industry.  Emphasis ranging from ladies blouses and skirts to McDonald's crew/maintenance uniforms and military battle dress uniforms.    Marecia started her career in the industry as a sewing machine operator.  Upon introduction to the methods of the business, worked in the area of quality control inspections, cut processing, business office manager, and ultimately, payroll/accounting.  In her final role, she handled all insurance and other deductions for employees.  

Jamesia Shealey Trammell, co-founder of Faith Industries, has worked with the federal government for the past 18 years.  She has worked in all functional areas specifically contracting and communications and information.  Extensive experience in developing functional systems based on initial requirements.  Continuously represented her organization in the development and monitoring of vendor contracts.  Jamesia has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Master's degree in Human Resource Management.

Willie Lawrence Trammell is President of Faith Industries.  His background and experience extends from his time as a logistics specialist through being a manager of FedEX.  His extensive logistical and managerial knowledge is a key asset to the Faith Industries team.
